Refund / Returns.

Ville-Tec will refund or replace at our sole discretion any faulty product supplied, subject to the product being returned freight prepaid for inspection to our warehouse in 20 Waler Crescent, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567.

This excludes products found to be used incorrectly, used for a purpose other than their intended use or ordered incorrectly.

In no case will Ville-Tec accept any Liability caused by incorrect or improper use of our products.

We reserve the right to change / amend / update this policy at any time. I/we do so, the changes will be updated on our webpage, you are encouraged to read it.
