Ville-Tec will provide phone / e-mail support to any customer that has purchased equipment from us in the last 25-years, both new and second-hand.
In many cases, this can save a lot of time and money, since many problems can easy be fixed by phone / e-mail with a little bit of guidance from someone that has an intimate knowledge of the equipment.
To use this service, you must have purchased your machine from us, be an existing Ville-Tec repair customer and have your account up to date.
We do not provide help with third party equipment supplied by others.
