Ville-Tec will provide phone / e-mail support to any customer that has purchased equipment from us in the last 25-years, both new or secondhand.

In many cases, this can save  a lot of time and money, since many problems can easy be fixed by phone / e-mail with a little bit of guideance from someone that has an intimat knowledge of the equipment.

In order to use this service, you must have purchased your machine from us, be an existing Ville-Tec repair customer and have your account up to date.

We do not provide help with third party equipment.
