Chevron Belts

Chevron Belts are used in Wide Belt Sanding Machines like Costa Levigatrici and other brands.

They are mostly made from Felt-Strips, glued to a backing and used to achieve an extra fine finish.

For special applications, other types of material and backing are also available.

Usually, they are only used in high quality professional machines.

The size and pattern is depending on the machine, application and sanding units fitted.

For Cross-Belt units, both the V-Shape and Cross-Bar style is used.

On longitudinal Sanding units, the Crossbar style is standard.
